The Q Revo is a great option if you're looking to buy an affordable robot vacuum and mop. It has a great mopping capabilities, but is lacking some of the advanced features of its more expensive sibling.

It does have a hard time with plush or high-pile carpet, however iRobot claims it will get better with the next models.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that adopts a flat-fronted D-shaped design. The company hopes this will allow it hug the furniture and walls. It's a nice change from the hockey puck-like design of most robovacs, though we found it to be incrementally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims the S9+ comes with a superior filtering system that stops microscopic dust particles and allergens from circulating throughout your home. We like the claim, but not enough to justify a premium price.

Its smart navigation system uses a combination of sensors to keep track of your home's layout, and vSLAM technology to map your interior. This allows it to avoid obstacles, such as stairs and other barriers, and to clean up your entire home in the most efficient way possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and set virtual boundary markers to ensure that the robot is aware of what areas require extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a robotic that combines vacuuming and mopping. Its vacuum settings are just as effective as those found on more expensive models. Its mopping system is superior - its spinning pads scrub floors better than a vibrating pad.

The only issue is the lack of a second brush for deeper cleaning. However, that's not a major issue for those who want to own one of the best robots available. The robo-vac's dust tank also larger than many of its competitors and takes only two or three cycles to fill it up, even at the highest dirt level.

In terms of the mopping device, I was impressed with its ability to remove hard-to-clean dirt from my floors.
